tranquil oasis with excellent service
professional staff good setting peaceful stay
i found the staff professional and attentive. breakfast was served in a good setting (i enjoyed the fresh orange juice). the riad's location ensured a peaceful stay. (it was quiet at night).

a gem in the medina
helpful staff efficient team relaxing areas atlas trip
the staff were consistently helpful and efficient. i appreciated the several relaxation areas including the rooftop. dinners were a highlight with artistically served meals.
Taxis could not reach the door. It was a little hidden amongst small dark alleys!

the suite included classical decor with minimalistic elements. two spacious and clean rooms were present. it provided a perfect return after days spent in souks and on excursions.

electrical adapters amazing atmosphere great experience
driss helped with electrical adapters. abdo and the team created a great atmosphere. the spa provided a great experience.
the wi-fi was a little slow.

a decent stay with some issues
dark alleys cramped breakfast
I found a few things disappointing . the location was not ideal. it was tucked away in small, dark alleys. This, especially at night. also, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped. it was hard to relax with the rooms right around the tables.

bathroom hairs morning disruption
the staff helped me find some great dinner spots close by.
I found some hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the main issue was the noise. I could hear everything from other rooms, a real disruption. the breakfast area was also too close to the rooms making it hard to relax in the mornings.
